Ah, de plaatsnaam Grand-Saconnex was ik al eens eerder op gestuit, verklaart weer e.e.a.



EDIT: right, het Musée International etc. bevindt zich dus in hal 7 van het Palexpo.

Ik kan echter nog steeds geen link vinden. Dus geen website? Er staan zo'n 350 auto's begreep ik.

De Louwman collectie omvat ook hoegenaamd alle Alfa's die ooit in het Rosso Bianco stonden.

Niet alles is on display maar wel enkele tipo 33's en een groot gedeelte van de 33's staan te koop via Simon Kidston.

stond oa een Alfa RLSS 1925.
Werd bezocht tijdens de jubileum rit met Van Steenkiste in 2001

De Freccia uit het museum van Geneve is verhuisd (lees : "van eigenaar veranderd" ) naar Denemarken....

Het Bonfanti Museum heeft wisselende thema-tentoonstellingen....

Er is natuurlijk ook de indrukwekkende collectie van Mario Righini in Castelfranco (Emilia) die enkele malen per jaar zijn deuren opent....met talrijke Alfa's.... http://www.righinimario.it/contattaci.htm

En in Brussel toch ook een mooi museum aan het Jubelpark http://www.autoworld.be/ waar een rode 6C2500 cabrio staat (ik dacht Pininfarina)

En natuurlijk de onwaarschijnlijke verzameling van na-oorlogse Alfa's van het Alfa Blue Team in Milaan bij Gippo Salvetti (20 à 25 tal leden die iedere donderdagavond bijeenkomen in hun "clublokaal"...)

Wie toevallig in Zweden is moet eens langslopen bij het Svedino's Autombile and Aviation Museum in Ugglarp http://www.svedinos.se/eng/ (staat Freccia 916 657 die m.i. ook te koop is....)

Righini Collectie staat in Castello di Panzano, in Panzano di Castelfranco Emilia.
(tussen Modena-Bologna). Anders lastig te vinden !!
De Righini auto sloperij en verkoop van klassiekers en vrachtwagens is in Anzola (BO).

Nog een tip voor wie naar Italië gaat :

De overwegend Maserati-getinte verzameling van kaasboer (www.hombre.it) Umberto Panini, het zgn "Museo Panini" in Cittanova, ten westen van Modena. De man van o.a. de bekende voetbalprentjes.... Er is ook een Alfa Giuletta Spider in de verzameling. Trouwens leuk artikel over dit museum in het laatste "La Strada" magazine.
