"1966 Alfa Romeo SP256
This sports prototype racer pays homage to Enzo Ferrari’s son Alfredino by employing an overhead-cam 65-degree V-6 engine which was originally intended as a 1.5-liter Formula 2 engine designed by Alfredino and fellow engineer Vitorio Jano. Aurelio Lampredi enlarged the engine for the Dino. This car, known as the Alfredino, employs a 2.5-liter version of that engine in a one-off body and tube-frame chassis created by race car fabricator Enzo Bertaggia. It was campaigned quite successfully by Giuseppe Leoni."
