Helaas worden ze bijna alleen maar vanuit italie aangeboden wat vaak hoge verzendkosten betekent.
30 euro voor een model vind ik in principe nog prima maar als daar dan ook nog weer 15 tot 25 euro verzendkosten overheen komt..

En voeg daar nog een bedrag voor de decalsheet aan toe en je hebt voor ruim onder de 100 Euro een heel bijzonder model. Het is maar hoe je het bekijkt...

Ik schrik ook nog niet zo erg van die bedragen, je moet het bedrag dat ze ooit hebben moeten kosten gewoon vergeten, dat is niet meer. We laten een oudere Mercury ook niet staan omdat die geen 5000 lire meer kost... Maar iedereen bepaald zelf of 't 'm waard is.

Ik ben bang dat de afzetmarkt veel te klein is om zo'n 1900 in een regulier programma te stoppen maar dat zou deze en een een aantal andere modellen uit deze serie (en dan niet weer die eeuwige spiders) wel verdienen eigenlijk.

Van de oorspronkelijke Fabbri/Metro 1:43 Alfa Romeo Sport Collection ligt het gros van de modellen nu vanaf 7 euro op de beurstafels.

Het zou me niets verbazen als de 1:24 modellen uit de Hachette Centennial Collection (waarin die 1900) ook met één of twee jaar voor 12,50 euro op de beurstafels liggen. Met de Fabbri 1:24 Le auto più amati dagli Italiani reeks (waarin o.a. de lichtblauwe Giulia) zag je hetzelfde al gebeuren.

I've got a question about orange and green Zandvoort Alfa Romeo GTAm of Progetto and M4. Which model do you think is better especially considering color accuracy? Progetto seems much darker on photos than the M4, but it is rarer and has more charm.

I've got a question about orange and green Zandvoort Alfa Romeo GTAm of Progetto and M4. Which model do you think is better especially considering color accuracy? Progetto seems much darker on photos than the M4, but it is rarer and has more charm.

The Rob Slotemaker GTAm 1970 'Transavia Holland' model by M4 is the best for shape and colour.
Michele Grassini of M4 got my original pictures to match with the right numbers/decals.
In the local Zandvoort NAV races 1970 in Holland with no104 and with no28 in the ETCC group 2 Zandvoort Trophy.
The GTAm also had blue road license plate '93-42-MN' as used by Rob Slotemaker in the Tulpen Rally 1970.
M4 made both the no104 and no28.

Another photo of the 1/24th Quattroruote 1900 with Scale Designs decals. The decal sheet does 3 Pan am 1954 Alfa 1900 TI's along with the Alfa 2.9 1947 Mille Miglia winner, 1930 Alfa 1750 Mille Miglia winner and 2 1952 1900 Touring Corse Alfa's. These are all for the Quattroruote collection of 1/24th scale diecast cars. All cars must be repainted in the correct colors before applying decals. I will be making the wheels for the 1900 TI soon. As far as I know no one has ever done the red #265 Guatemala car correctly before in any scale.

No, sorry. The color photos I have of the cars are very poor and from film clips. Remember this was run in 1954 and Kodachrome was the only really good color film at that time(seem to only use Kodachrome for the overall winning cars pictures). The only reason I know the #265 car was red is that it was the spare Alfa Corse car sold to a person from Guatemala just before the race and then crashed/destroyed. The spare car was red according to Alfa Corsa. The #268 car is white and the #251 car is dark brown. Its hard to tell what shade of dark brown from the photos.
