Nous avons le plaisir de vous adresser ci-joint les dossiers d’inscription Auto, Moto et Club pour le « 3ème Week-End de l’Excellence Automobile de Reims » qui se déroulera sur le Circuit de Gueux en Champagne les 25, 26 et 27 septembre 2009.
Please find attached the participation conditions as well as the entry form (for Auto, Motorbike and Owner’s club) of the « 3rd Weekend of the Automobile Excellence in Reims » which will take place on the 25th, 26th and 27th september 2009.
Le règlement particulier destiné aux participants auto, proposé par l’A.S.A.C de Champagne et visé par la Fédération Française du Sport Automobile sera disponible au début du mois d’avril.
The supplementary regulations for the participants driving cars in the event, put forward by the A.S.A.C. Champagne and approved by the F.F.S.A. (French Automobile Sports Federation) will be available from the beginning of april.

Two 20 minute track sessions on saturday
Two 20 minute track sessions on sunday
A under cover space in the secure « Toto Roche » Paddock from thursday morning to monday 12h00
2 « Bracelet » for the weekend
1 « Toto Roche Paddock » car pass (display car)
1 « Official Parking » pass (private vehicle)
1 « Maintenance Vehicle » parking pass (truck tractor + car trailers or truck)
2 race number stickers
1 Rally plaque
1 official DVD of the weekend
1 participation certificate
Places available on request for the opening ceremony on friday evening, with special price
Free access to the circuit for the closing parade on Sunday
One driver/passenger change per series is permitted.
Compulsory « Driver » insurance is not included in the package
OWNERS CLUB PACKAGE FREE (Minimum 10 Vehicles)
The subscription will include :
1 reserved and cordoned car space in the Club Paddock
1 Club Parking Pass per car
Each car entered by a club will be able to access the circuit for the closing parade on Sunday
The organisation gives the possibility to personalised your Club space as you want (under cover unit, … please provide dimension).
« Bracelet » for the weekend are not included in the package
