Info on Spettacolo Sportivo 2013

Hi all, sorry if i'm writing in english, but i write from Italy and unfortunately i don't understand or speak a single word of Dutch language
Also, Dorry if it's the wrong section to ask {Mod-edit: moved to the right section }, but i understand the meeting section is to announce new meetings not to ask info on them (not as a new thread at least).
I'm part of an Italian Alfa Romeo club, which is a RIAR affiliated club, that is planning to take part at Spettacolo Sportivo 2013... we are planning all the logistic, as some of the members with "older" cars that would come are asking for a truck transport instead of driving to The Netherlands, and it will take us some time to plan for the costs and all the stuff related, and i've been asked to get some more informations, if already available on what the date of the even will be (even just the month would be ok) and the place.
Thanks for any information you can give me, and to anyone who will answer, i hope to help back if any of you is coming on the north east of our country (Veneto/Friuli Venezia Giulia/Garda Lake area)
