AR-103: According to my database and Glasurit paint swatches dated Oct-1987 I have, AR-103 was available in three different shades. It appears AR-103 "Avorio Pininfarina" was introduced in 1969, followed by an AR-103 "Avorio" that is a shade lighter in 1978, and by an AR-103 "Avorio" that is a shade yellower than the 1969 version and a bit darker than the 1978 version. However, that is not a problem because all three shades are available from Glasurit (now also a PPG company). Undated (and incomplete) paint swatches from Spiess, Hecker & Co. have an AR-103 listed as 19 887 (38.887) which seems to be the same color as the 1979 version from Glasurit that is slightly yellower. A DuPont paint swatch dated Mar-80 for AR-103 (code 37001) seems to match the Glasurit paint swatch for 1978.
