Some testing the to see how much better the new flange is.
So the first test is the old flange and a torque of 320n/m a bit more than the standard toque but the number
is very conservative i think. Beqause shock loads will be much higher i guess.
The test facility:
You see the diff blocked and 1st gear engaged. In the bucket there is a 32kg
weight at 1 mtr from the centre of the input shaft.
The result was linear and it shows 0.075mm disortion of the bearing plate and a housing flex of 0.05mm at the diff end.

Couldn't test for more torque because diff blocking bolts started snapping
Next test. New made flange and gearbox brace against housing flex.
for the brace you can already see the new mounting points at the output shafts.
