Once more a stunning result! Looking at the finishing, It's hard to believe that this is actually 1/43. Fantastic!
I agree they are exaggerated on this model. That's mostly because the "gap" between the panels was pretty wide and not deep enough. In other cases, with narrower gaps, a thinner and deeper embossed black line was more realistic. And yes, I could have gone around the problem with dark red.
One tip for the seems of the doors, hood etc. (if you allow me): IF you're going to paint them to have them stand out more, it's better to use a dark shade of the body colour then to use black.
It'a also a Politoys clone. #128 is a Politoys catalogue reference, and it is indeed the "static" version of the 1/43 slot car. I have the original Politoys somewhere...
